Chicken Parmesan Potatoes

Last night we tried a new recipe in our house, chicken Parmesan potatoes. Jerrod found the recipe on the Betty Crocker website a few weeks ago so we decided to try it. I'm glad we did. The kids enjoyed it and Jerrod and  I thought it was pretty good also. the next time we make it, we are going to tweak it a little and maybe try some broccoli or other vegetable with it instead of green beans. Not everyone in our house likes green beans, but surprisingly, they didn't have that much of a green bean taste in this recipe. I didn't use the full bag like it says to, but its still really good. We used the chicken it called for instead of Turkey.

A plus with this recipe, is if you do know a child who's school does Box Tops for Education, the Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes have a box top on the box! The school the girls go too collects them and the girls love to be able to turn them when when we have enough to send in. Last year Mackenzie turned in almost $10.00 dollars worth, which is almost 100 box tops. Each one costs $0.10.

Hope you enjoy the recipe like we did if  you try it!
Till Next Time!!!
